I was in Utah for a youth conference in the Salt Palace and found it and took a picture to get it on this site (: I actually got the pun, because I knew what the car was. Should've sent in the entire shot. It's a cool plate.

It's actually my license plate, so here's the solution:
A smart car is a small (mini) car from Germany. So, putting those two together gives "Ger-Mini" or Germini.
